Smokless room that smelled of smoke.

The outside of the place was in need of a lot of attention. The room was to be smoke free...smelled of smoke...the roll away bed bed smelled so bad my daughter got sick to her stomach.

They had a treat breakfast buffet and coffee 24 hrs.

This was a pleasant and clean hotel. It is easy on the budget and close to the areas in Chicago we needed to get to.

There was a sofa in my room!

Friendly desk staff, nice room, comfortable sofa and bed, nice big tub. It was in a safe feeling neighborhood as well with lots of restaurants around.

Price was appropriate for the service.

The daily room services (towels, washcloths, coffee for the coffee maker, coffee condiments) were not constant.

Overall the hotel was clean and in a good location for our stay. The price was reasonable. And the hotel manager personally corrected any misfortunes we had.
